CrossFit
CrossFit is the original functional fitness program, designed to expose you to elements of conditioning, weightlifting, and gymnastics, all within a group class setting that builds both community and intensity. Rather than settling for the benefits of a single routine, CrossFit combines multiple training approaches to deliver well-rounded results across strength, endurance, and skill.

HYROX
Get race day ready with our HYROX program! HYROX combines running & functional workout stations: participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. This test of fitness is fun, challenging, and builds fitness that applies to everyday life. We have all the equipment necessary and are an official HYROX training club.
If you’ve signed up for a race or are just curious to learn more about HYROX then this is the place for you! Our classes will ensure that you will be ready to go when you cross the start line.
Weightlifting
Get STRONG with Rocky Top Weightlifting. Building strength and capacity in the Olympic Lifts, Snatch, and Clean and Jerk. Our dedicated weightlifting platforms and kilogram plates enable elite training, regardless of your experience level. Our coaches are dedicated to sharpening technical skills and pushing intensity for the best results.
Classes are three times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM, and Saturdays at 9:00 AM. Whether you are a CrossFitter just looking to improve your lifts or a full-time weightlifter, this is the place for you.
Personal Training
Our personal training options include 1:1 or small-group training. Available for purchase of 4, 8, 12, and 16 sessions. Schedule a consultation, book your sessions, and then put in the work. Each coach brings their unique approach to tackling goals, as well as their own specialties and knowledge base.
