CrossFit is the original functional fitness program, designed to expose you to elements of conditioning, weightlifting, and gymnastics, all within a group class setting that builds both community and intensity. HYROX

Get race day ready with our HYROX program! HYROX combines running & functional workout stations: participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. This test of fitness is fun, challenging, and builds fitness that applies to everyday life. We have all the equipment necessary and are an official HYROX training club.

If you’ve signed up for a race or are just curious to learn more about HYROX then this is the place for you! Our classes will ensure that you will be ready to go when you cross the start line.
